Please input nucleotide sequences you would like to score in FASTA format. Currently sensor handles canonical splice sites only.

Your input should look similar to this, with the most conserved dinucleotide AG present at nineteenth and twentieth consensus positions. FASTA id and comments may vary. You can also input ordinary FASTA file, similar to this. In this case all putative splice sites will be scored with corresponding position of first intronic nucleotide placed after FASTA id. Expected input of the program is pre-mRNA sequence, a single-stranded molecule.

The resulting prediction displays in the following format (if query was in FASTA format):
