The sensor topology has been derived from the UCSC multiple genome alignments of 23 tetrapoda organisms in a way similar to the methods section of:
Accumulation of GC donor splice signals in mammals
Alexander Churbanov, Stephen Winters-Hill, Eugene Koonin, Igor Rogozin

Your input should look similar to this, with the most conserved dinucleotide GC present at fourth and fifth consensus positions. FASTA id and comments may vary. You can also input ordinary FASTA file, similar to this. In this case all putative splice sites will be scored with corresponding position of first intronic nucleotide placed after FASTA id. Expected input of the program is pre-mRNA sequence, a single-stranded molecule.
